Risk Averse Ltd Independent Property Consultants are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, Energy Assessors and property consultants, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We offer a diverse range of surveying services in both Residential and Commercial markets from our office in Rochdale to the entire of the UK.
The firm has a detailed knowledge of local property markets across Rochdale, the surrounding areas, the North West and the UK.
The Company delivers a professional and reliable surveying service. Being a small independent business we offer value for money recognising the need for timely reporting, accuracy and effective communication. We have good local connections throughout Littleborough, Rochdale, Manchester and the surrounding areas and can provide recommendations following our reports.

Director
What I do?
I am the Founder and Director of Risk Averse Ltd. I deliver all our core real estate services including building surveys and home buyers reports, technical due diligence and dilapidations. In terms of construction and development, I’m also experienced in project management and procurement, development monitoring and health and safety consultancy services.
Who am I?
Outside of work I keep myself busy spending time in the countryside, normally armed with my camera or sketch book. I also love spending any other free time surrounded by friends and family.
Jack Bene-Doszpoly
Support Worker / Energy Assessor / Retrofit Assessor
What I do?
I work part time for Risk Averse Ltd undertaking administrative duties including undertaking quotes, arranging access and keeping the diaries up to date.
I also sometimes attend surveys to get a better understanding of the industry and roles and generally support the director and team.
I have trained whilst working at Risk Averse Ltd and am now a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor and undertake all energy related matters within the company and for our clients.
Who am I?
I am currently studying towards a counselling degree, I also work for a charity. When not working or studying I spend time with family, walking in the countryside, gardening or at the gym.

What I do?
I work part time for Risk Averse Ltd within school hours to answer the phones, direct you to the right person and to undertake administrative duties including undertaking quotes, arranging access and keeping the diaries up to date.
I work closely with Katie and Jack to ensure I am able to help every client with their enquiry whether it be surveying or energy related.
I aim to help every customer in a friendly manner and deal with their enquiry efficiently and quickly.
Who am I?
I am a family woman who loves to spend time with my children. Risk Averse Ltd allows me to work flexible hours during school terms to ensure I am always their to pick my children up from school.
I love spending time with my friends and family and socilaising.
