We have teamed up with Rhonivision to be able to provide Drone Surveys as a part of our other surveys.
This service is a cheaper option to hiring an access platform when requiring detail at height.
As it currently stands we can collaborate to provide the following reports/ inspections:
- Detailed roof surveys with video footage and photographs, a condition schedule and budget repairs within a report format to suit your requirements.
- More detailed inspections of roof elements and elements at height to be added to a standard Building Survey/ Pre-Acquisition Survey and/or Schedule of Condition.
- Planned Maintenance Programs with detailed reference to elements at height.
- Additional video/ photograph footage of land and structures.
- Help for Solar Panel and energy companies to provide details of the condition of the current roof and any repairs necessary prior to works commencing.
