Our main new service combines a HomBuyers (Level 2) or HomeBuyers Building Survey (Level 3) with a gas safety certificate. It means that when we undertake our survey we can arrange one of the team from Panda to attend with us and undertake a gas safety inspection (something that we recommend is undertaken in our surveys if there is not one available). By using our combined service you can save time and money and the gas safety certificate will be appended to our HomeBuyers reports.

Commercial Services
Commercial plumbers are involved with the installation and maintenance of extensive waste removal and water supply systems for different forms of businesses and large housing complexes. The installation work of a commercial plumbing group may include the installation of drinking fountains, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, sprinkler systems, and water and sewer lines. When it comes to maintenance, the work performed by commercial plumbers includes fixing drain leaks and repairing burst pipes and broken water or sewer lines.
Domestic Services
If you plan to have any work done on the plumbing of your home, it is important that the person you trust to do the work understands the various different plumbing systems and how they work. Most modern homes have four different plumbing systems:
– Direct or indirect cold water system.
– Hot water system.
– Waste System (wastewater, drainage, etc)
– Hot Water Central Heating System
Not all houses will have all of these plumbing systems, and some will have additional or different systems, but Panda Plumbing are experts in each of these aspects and more.
