Director
I What I do?
I am the Founder and Director of Risk Averse Ltd. I deliver all our core real estate services including building surveys and home buyers reports, technical due diligence and dilapidations. In terms of construction and development, I’m also experienced in project management and procurement, development monitoring and health and safety consultancy services.
Who am I?
I am a single mum to a 3 year old 'wild child' so we are always on the go. We love to travel and keep ourselves busy spending time in the countryside, normally armed with my camera or sketch book and around a huge support network of family and friends.

PA to Katie /Receptionist
What I do?
I work part time for Risk Averse Ltd within school hours to answer the phones, direct you to the right person and to undertake administrative duties including undertaking quotes, arranging access and keeping the diaries up to date.
I work closely with Katie and Damian as well as the energy team to ensure I am able to help every client with their enquiry.
I aim to help every customer in a friendly manner and deal with their enquiry efficiently and quickly.
Who am I?
I am a family woman who loves to spend time with my children. Risk Averse Ltd allows me to work flexible hours during school terms to ensure I am always their to pick my children up from school.
I love spending time with my friends and family and socilaising. I have a dog called Bailey.
Damian
Drone Operator
What I do?
I work part time for Risk Averse Ltd on a consultancy basis and operate the drones. I provide detailed photographs and videos to the team under the direction of Katie to do more detailed checks of high level elements without the need for expensive scaffolding and/or high access platforms.
Who am I?
I am a family man and have 2 girls and an English bulldog. I spend most of my free time with family, watching my daughter perform in swimming competitions and out walking.
Domestic Energy Assessors
What I do?
We work for Risk Averse Ltd on a consulting basis undertaking Domestic Energy Assessors, we are local born and bred and a team of two so always try to help and attend your property in quick time.
