I just want to thank Katie @ Risk Averse for her help during 2021 in particular....the housing market has been extremely busy and Katie and her team have delivered a very efficient, professional and friendly service as usual.. Katie always highlights any major issues within 24 hours of the survey and then sends on the full report after. This is really useful to us as it means we can move forward to the selling process with confidence. if you are looking to buy a property and need a surveyor give Katie a call you won't be disappointed.

I am not one for reviews, however Risk Averse Ltd recently completed a homebuyers report on a property I purchased. I would like to point out, the level of service was impeccable. Katie (director) was extremely professional, her attention too detail and passion for her profession clearly shines through. I thoroughly recommend this company. Honesty and integrity seems to be a focal attribute of the business.

As a developer, being informed when buying property is essential.
