A Stock Condition Survey is a detailed inspection of your home, both internally as well as externally. The survey reviews every element of the property, assessing the age and condition to understand repair needs, health and safety issues, and if the property is fit for purpose. This ensures you’re home is maintained at the right time and that funds are in place for our clients to successfully carry out any replacements.
As part of the survey, we also gather information on energy efficiency within your home (e.g. wall and loft insulation). The energy data collected will enables programming to be put in place for our clients housing stock to improve their efficiency, saving you money on your heating bills as well as benefiting the environment.
We recommend stock condition surveys are undertaken once every 3 years.
