Katie Constable-Mayne BSc(Hons) MRICS
This introduction is relatively sensitive, in the sense that it’s about the boss and the owner of the company, and it should therefore be handled with some sensibility, or not, we’ll see.
Katie was born and bred in Rochdale and continues to reside there. Although attempts to escape have been known with some time spent in Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Belgium and even Australia yet she always returned to the town.
Katie decided on a career in surveying when studying A Levels, leaving her home town to study Building Surveying at Salford University.
Katie has had a strong work ethic from a young age and started her first business when she was just 18, although it was running chocolate fountains (which is a bit more appetizing than surveying!).
After years of experience in some of the top commercial surveying companies in the UK and Europe, Katie decided it was time to cut the apron strings and take on the big bad world of surveying alone. Which is when this company was founded.
On a day to day basis, Katie gets involved in every step of the business and isn't scared to get her hands dirty. So don't be surprised if Katie answers your enquiry directly, turns up to do your survey or is writing one of our articles. She'll put her hand to anything!
Looking to the future, it is Katie’s upmost passion to continue to grow the company, with an eye on expansion.
Katie loves a good chat and a lot her clients become friends because of her friendly nature, can do attitude and pure passion for the business which shines through.
